ARC Request Form for 2022
The ARC Committee’s goal is help you get ARC Requests approved quickly and, in every case, within 30 days. There is a $25 charge for all ARC requests.
The most important things homeowners can do to help the ARC meet this goal is to provide on the first submission all of the required material so that members of the ARC can visualize what the completed project will look like.
1. Review appropriate sections of Meridale’s Handbook of Rules, Regulations and Architectural Guidelines Click here To open The Current Handbook

3. Complete ARC Request Form for your Requested Changes
4. Document as much as necessary so that members of the ARC Committee can visualize what the final project will look like.
Please include at a minimum the following 3 items;
- Either a Saved PDF of your Completed ARC Request OR if the Request was completed on paper; a Photo Image or Scanned Image of this Request
- An Annotated (marked up) Property Survey Diagram (or similar Overhead drawing) showing where the changes will occur within the property boundary lines
- Photos / Images of all of the “NEW” Materials being used (plants / trees / shrubs / flowers / landscaping materials like retaining wall bricks and edging materials / screen door / new color swatch/samples for repainting existing items / Fencing / Trash Screen / etc)
If your request is for changes to the front portion (facing the street)
- A Current photo of the Front Of Home
Any other materials like photos, drawings, extended description, Contractor Documents and any other material you think would be helpful would be greatly appreciated. Hyperlinks for these extra items would be acceptable.
5. Open a Cedar Management ARC Request here https://portal.mycmg.com/Homeowner_v2/SubmitRequest and use either ARC form you wish (the ARC Form referenced at the top of this page OR the form referenced on the Cedar ARC Request page). Upload the required documents outlined in this webpage via the Cedar Management “Upload ARC Form and other Documents” and use “Select Files …”. Complete the Cedar Management online form and then “Submit Form”
6. You should receive both an email acknowledgement within 48 hours AND a written letter acknowledgement within a week that we received your request.
